Can you make my computer faster?

Right now I am fixing the computer I'm browsing on because it's general lag just was too much for me to a handle.

This computer is a year old and running Windows 7 and runs as if it were my 2003 XP Dell Desktop.

No one is perfect, but I wonder why people download certain programs sometimes.

What more do you need in a search engine that Google, Bing, or Yahoo can't provide??

I don't know who thought an "israel based search engine homepage" was a good program to download, but it accounted for much of the lack of speed.

My point being, take care when you download stuff off the internet! I make it a point to now download programs except from certain websites I trust (and have used for years).

Download.com and FileHippo are examples of my main source of downloaded content. Occasionally I use Github or a similiar Creative Commons/Open Source website to test out new programs.

Most I end up uninstalling.

If you don't use a program, delete the damn thing!

I try and run my uninstaller once a week (I used Advance Uninstaller PRO) to see what's been downloaded and if I can free up space and delete junk programs.

And I just tracked down the culprit linking keywords on certain webpages. PlayBryte. Malware Game App in disguise.

I can't really talk, I'm overdue for a reformat. Today perhaps.

Online (Higher) Education - Checking out a Master's Degree Program

I just registered to save $500 on these online programs!

I’m looking into online certificates from the University of San Francisco, which offers training in today’s most in-demand fields: Internet Marketing, Supply Chain Management, and Sales & Sales Management and Business Process Management.

I am interested in going back to school (online) for my Master's Degree and stumbled on this school. You will recieve $500 just for sharing that you requested info... very cool. Check them out, they offer courses in many fields.

CutMyPic: A Simple, Free, Online Picture Tool

CutMyPic: A Simple, Free, Online Picture Tool: Edit your pictures online. Fast, Fun, & Free!

This is great if you want to crop an image quickly and don't want to do so with a regular photo editing program (such as Photoshop or Paint.NET). You can do so online, on the website itself, and then save or share your new edited image very easily.

There's a plethora of similar sites like CutMyPic, but I really liked this one. The options go beyond simply cropping and resizing an image. These options are basic, but just enough to get the job done.

Features include: Crop, resize, corner effects, shadow effects, sharpen, and other special effects you can check out in the screen shot below. I used CutMyPic to crop the screen shot by the way ;)

Once you are satisfied with your new image, make sure to email it, save it, or share it because the image is only available on their server for two weeks.

The design of the website is just so simple, yet appealing... I'm bookmarking this one.

AND... if you want to edit an image not already saved on your computer, there is an easy way to do so. Right click on the image and select "Copy image URL" then when you are prompted to select a file on the site, paste what you copied into the space next to "File Name" and voila, magic.
